Wo Bist Du?

Description

Ich suche dich hinter dem Licht
Wo bist du
Wo bist du
So allein will ich nicht sein
Wo bist du
Wo bist du
Ich such dich unter jedem Stein
Wo bist du
Wo bist du
Ich schlaf mit einem Messer ein
Wo bist du

"Wo Bist Du"- Rammstein
====================
I'm sorry in advance if you can't differentiate between the lights. I'm working on a laptop so I have NO idea how it looks on a regular computer screen or whatnot.

Yeah, I'm a HUUUGE Rammstein fan even though I only understand about half of the lyrics. How they can be classified as metal I have no idea. If you want a translation, I suggest you head over here- [link] You should really look this song up somewhere to listen to it if you haven't already- it's beautiful.

So! I'm finally done with this piece. It took about five minutes to sketch and about two days on and off to paint. All one layer, painted over my sketch lines. For some reason, the pressure thingy wasn't working with GIMP on the second day. It sucked because that really made it easier to paint.

This is part of a christmas art exchange thingy I'm doing with *AlcoholicRattleSnake. It's her character Hera. Or at least, it's supposed to be. This is why I don't do fanart- I always try to put my own spin on characters and it fucks them up. Also, I have NO idea how to use purple. You would think it's similar to blues, but no. Also, clothing fail. It looked SOOOO much better in my sketch! *sobs in a corner*

Well, I'm gonna start working on my other presents to people soon. But first, I need to work on something selfish for me onesies to cleanse the pallet as it were.

I think you did an amazing job with the purple!
I love how you did the whole scene, I'm totally jealous of your background skills my dear!
